All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges, nor do we allow cancellations or returns. Glamz Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse any return at any time.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If your shipping label has not been created, please contact info@glamzcosmetics.com to cancel your order. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order once the label for that order has shipped. We also cannot accommodate any changes to an order once it has been placed. Before you place your order, please confirm that all of your information, including your shipping address, name, credit card details, and product selection is correct, as Glamz Cosmetics is not responsible for any mistakes. MY ORDER HAS ARRIVED BUT THE EYELINER SEEMS EMPTY. WHAT CAN I DO?
The kohl bottle seems empty, but it is not. Since the kohl is in powder form, you first need to moisten the wand by swiping it in the eye and then shaking the bottle in order for the pigment to stick to the applicator. For more details click here.

Kohl, also called kajal or surma, is a powder eyeliner that has been used for centuries in Middle Eastern, North African, South and Central Asian countries. Kohl has been used not just to define the eyes, but to protect them from the sun and nourish them as well.

CAN I USE THIS PRODUCT WEARING CONTACTS?
You can absolutely use our One-Swipe Kohl Eyeliner with contacts, just make sure that you apply our eyeliner first before putting in the contacts.
HOW LONG DOES THE ONE-SWIPE KOHL EYELINER LAST AND IS THE BOTTLE REFILLABLE?
A little goes a long way! Our refillable kohl eyeliner can last up to a year if used daily. You can purchase refills seperately on our website if needed.
THE KOHL POWDER GOT INTO MY EYES. WHAT CAN I DO?
If the kohl powder accidentally got into your eyes, that's fine, simply blinking a few times should remove it from the corners of your eyes.
DOES THE EYELINER SMUDGE?
It can smudge if you have oily eye lids or if you don't remove the excess of the stick. Make sure to scrap off the excess powder on the inside of the bottle before applying it. Applying setting powder around the eyes to soak up the oils can also help with that.
DOES THE ONE-SWIPE KOHL EYELINER IRRITATE THE EYES?
No, our One-Swipe Kohl Eyeliner is perfectly safe for sensitive eyes.
HOW DO YOU REMOVE THE KOHL EYELINER?
To remove our One-Swipe Kohl Eyeliner, dip a q-tip in eye make up remover or micellar water, gently pull on your waterline and run the q-tip along your waterline. Use the dry side of the q-tip to remove any Kohl bits and pieces left. If you wear contact lenses, first take your contact lenses out.
